Let me tell you a little about myself. I have lived and worked in this area for more than 30 years. My wife, Misty, and I live in Carroll Co. along with our three children; Cody(15), Logan(12) and Gabriella(6). As most of you with children can imagine, any time outside of work is spent going from one event to another with our children. I participate in youth sports programs as a baseball coach and I am member of The Family Worship Center where I am active as a Sunday School teacher and church usher. |

My post high school education was at the Univ. Of Ky. where I majored in Business Administration. I am a graduate of A-Pass Weikle Real Estate School. I began my real estate career in 1996 and became a broker in 1998. I have an extensive background in real estate sales (20 million plus sold), residential construction (30 homes built and sold), property rehabilitation (8 personal investments bought and sold as well as assisting many other investors), rental management (9 personal units), mortgage lending (former Countrywide Wholesale Business partner and CharterWest Net Branch Manager). I am certain that my knowledge of the North Central Ky. area, coupled with my experience in many related areas of the real estate industry and my strong desire to be your life long go to guy for all your real estate needs will be a benefit to you and your family.
